兩蔣園區遊客大減 桃園市議員諷：狗比銅像多
桃園大溪的慈湖兩蔣文化園區近年觀光人數下降，市議員楊朝偉批評，從觀光旅遊局歷年幾乎未改的工作報告內容可看出，桃園市政府用消極態度來面對。觀光旅遊局長楊勝評則否認，中國遊客不來，台灣各地都受影響，加上市府正與委外經營業者訴訟中，才會發展停滯。
楊朝偉表示，兩蔣文化園區4年前遊客量為372萬人，中客占85萬人，而2017年截至9月，遊客只剩86萬人、中客占16萬人，下降速度驚人，希望市府多花點心思。
楊朝偉諷刺，以前是「銅像比遊客多」，現在好像「狗比銅像多」，同時在議事堂上播放一段影片，至少有5隻狗在遊客服務中心前方草叢悠閒的睡覺，「如果參訪人員很多，就不會有這種情況發生」。楊朝偉也質疑觀旅局沒提出對策，建議可以舉辦「幫銅像洗澎澎」、「尋覓銅像之旅」之類活動。
楊勝評則解釋，雖然中客不來台灣，但影響園區的主要原因，是市府正和委外經營的廠商訴訟中，才導致發展停滯，但觀旅局沒有放棄，除了積極舉辦活動、增設特色設施外，也會儘速結束訴訟、力求重新招商。
取得兩蔣園區經營權的恆鼎公司，第一年付850萬權利金，第二年未全額付清，只給390萬，目前與市府訴訟中。
關於兩蔣園區經營權問題，楊朝偉要求市府拿出魄力解決，「哪有取得3年合約，第一年付850萬權利金，第二年僅付390萬，廠商不肯走也無心經營」，質疑怎能這樣處理。
